The best thing that any of us can do for the cause of organized labor is to build a militant, worker-driven union in our own workplace. In four discussion sessions over two days, you will be introduced to the fundamental principles of effective shop-floor organizing.

• Session 1: Analyzing Your Workplace (Saturday, October 8; 10 am–noon)

• Session 2: Bringing Coworkers Together (Saturday, October 8; 1–3 pm)

• Session 3: Getting Over Fear and Taking Action (Sunday, October 9; 10 am–noon)

• Session 4: Reflection and Escalation (Sunday, October 9; 1–3 pm)
